This adapter will enable you to connect a MACBOOK 12+16 POINT SSD to a PCI EXPRESS slot for use as a hard disk or for data retrieval.

THIS MODEL WILL FIT MACBOOK AIR OR RETINA SSD 12 + 16 PINS, this type of connector appeared in 2013 and continues to equip MacBooks to this day.
4x PCI EXPRESS connector, for 4x, 8x and 16x ports.
Usable without drivers,
Material-type controller card, the SSD will be seen by the motherboard as a "normal" hard drive.
Will ONLY be suitable for 12+16-pin Macbook SSDs.
Metal 12+16-pin socket.
The SSD is protected by passive cooling on the underside (perforated board) and active cooling on the top side (fan cooled).
The board comes complete with a high-profile bracket and the screws needed to secure the SSD to the board.
