Description:

Dock for M2 NVMe Gen 3.0 and Gen 4.0 SSDs,
Supports all formats: 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280 and 22110 in M or B+M key.
Compatible only with NVMe SSDs, will not support “SATA” type M2s.
Supported capacity: 8TB per SSD, i.e. 32TB in total.
USB4 40G Thunderbolt USB4 connection, high-speed 40G cable supplied. Type “C” plug, with C/A adapter supplied (but max. 10G speed in USB A).
Note that for maximum speed, you will need to optimize USB4 performance (Windows 11 10.0.22000 and above or Mac OS above 13.4), and use Gen 4.0 SSDs.

Function 1, access to SSD data:

Connected to a PC, this dock will allow access to the contents of the four M2 SSDs to read or modify the contents.
Maximum throughput for 4 SSDs at the same time: 40GB in USB4 or Thunderbolt.
Maximum throughput for 1 SSD: 16GB in USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, USB 4 or Thunderbolt.

Function 2, cloning from one SSD to another:

Offline, i.e. not connected to a PC but only connected to a power supply, this dock will allow you to clone the contents of one SSD to the other 3.
Cloning progress indicated by 4 LEDs (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
