For desktop PC on PCI port. Allows you to add 4 RS422/RS485 ports to your desktop PC.
Compatibility:
Compatible with 3.3/5V and 32/64 bit PCI ports. Drivers included for Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11 (32/64 bit), Linux 2.6.x/3.x.
Features:
CHIPSET OXFORD OXPCI954. Compatible with PCI 3.0.
UART 16C950.
FIFO 128-bype deep transmit/receive.
Communication speed up to 1Mbps.
Auto detection RS422 and RS485.
Protection ±15KV ESD on all pins.
2KV isolation on all pins (signals AND power supply).
Low profile board, supplied with Low and High profile brackets.
Plug-n-Play, I/O and IRQ addresses assigned by BIOS.
This board is equipped with independent TX and RX resistors for each port. Jumpers can be used to overcome impedance problems in multi-drop transmission, with or without the use of these resistors.
