Adapter for internal USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 connector
Use:
Allows you to convert the internal USB 3.0 connector on a motherboard into an internal USB 2.0 connector, and then connect the PC case's front-panel plugs to it, for example. This cable does not transform USB 2.0 into USB 3.0, USB 2.0 peripherals connected to the 9-pin connector will be powered with USB 3.0 current, but capped at USB 2.0 transfer speed.
