Adapter for internal USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 connector
Use:
Allows you to convert the internal USB 2.0 connector on a motherboard into an internal USB 3.0 connector, and then connect the PC case's front-panel plugs to it, for example. This cable does not transform USB 2.0 into USB 3.0; USB 3.0 peripherals connected to the 19-pin connector will be powered at USB 2.0 current, and capped at USB 2.0 transfer speed.
