Use:
To use a laptop CDROM or DVDROM on a desktop PC via a USB port.
Description:
Allows you to connect an optical drive in SLIM SATA format to a USB port.
Compatible with all SATA Slimline / Slim-SATA Laptop Drives (CD-Rom, CD-RW, CD Combo, DVD-Rom, DVD-RW +/-, DVD-RAM, Bluray-ROM, Bluray COMBO etc).
SLIM SATA connector (= MiniSATA type). USB type B connector.
Power supply via USB cord or optional power adapter (external power supply not included).
Slots for screw-fastening the adapter to the back of the slim drive.
Dimensions: 121mm x 40.8mm x 13.5mm.
