Product Details

Tests whether all contactors on an AGP port are active and in good condition. Instant visual test thanks to a tray of LEDs. Also checks 12V / 5V and 3.3V voltages.
Compatibility: all AGP port equipment
Operating instructions:
- Insert a battery into the tester (battery not supplied, but you can use the motherboard battery for the duration of the test!), then position the tester on the AGP port to be tested,
- Press the small button on the tester and view the LEDs. They should all have the same brightness: a diode that's too dark may indicate an open circuit, while one that's too bright may indicate a short circuit,
No special skills are required, just one finger to press the button. The motherboard does not need to be powered up to test the viability of the contacts, but it does need to be powered up if you want to check the voltages.
