To extend the communication disatnce on an RS422 or RS485 signal.
Plug and play adapter, no parameter setting required.

RS-485 and RS422 compatible. Conforms to EIA/TIA standards.
Electrical interface: 10-pin input connector and 10-pin output connector.
Overload protection up to 600W on each RS422 or RS485 line, ESD protection +/-15KV.br>Isolation level: 2500Vrms 500DC non-stop.
Supported modes: asynchronous Full Duplex and asynchronous Half Duplex.
3 activity LEDs: Power (PWR), Send (TXD), Receive (RXD).
Transmission via twisted pair or shielded cables.
Point-to-point or point-to-multipoint moontage capability.
Transfer speed 300 to 115.2 KBps, maximum distance 5Km (115200bps-9600bps).
