To convert an RS232 signal into an RS422 or RS485 signal.
The optical isolation of this version, as well as its power supply, provide 3500V isolation. The TVS (Transience Voltage Suppressor) function resists lightning strikes, protecting your computer.
Specifications:
DB9 connector on the RS232 side.
On the RS422/RS485 side, three possible outputs: either via DB9 plug, 6-wire terminal block or RJ45 cord.
Interfaces RS-232M and RS-485 / RS-422 conform to EIA/TIA standards.
Signal transmission via shielded crossed pairs.
Asynchronous half duplex or full duplex (x4).
3 activity LEDs: Tx, Rx and On.
